Ophelia is a registered architect with an interest in the people, systems and processes that support thoughtful architectural practice. Bringing over ten years of experience across architectural design, project delivery and studio management, Ophelia has a strength in coordinating the moving parts of a small practice.

Joining Aileen Sage in 2026 as Studio Manager, Ophelia supports the day-to-day operations and management of the business. She is interested in creating and maintaining the structures and systems that enable a studio to work collaboratively, efficiently and with care.

Ophelia brings experience across all stages of architectural project delivery from documentation and contract administration, to managing client and consultant relationships, and coordinating project teams. Her experience in small studios has shaped a considered approach to managing competing priorities, supporting people and ensuring the smooth running of the business.
