Elle is drawn to creative interventions that animate civic spaces, start conversations, and amplify marginalised voices. She is an enthusiastic and creative communications specialist and joined Aileen Sage in 2025 as Communications and Consultation Lead.

Before working with us, Elle was a Consultant on the Place Strategy team at Murawin, where she co-facilitated culturally sensitive engagement workshops across NSW and translated this research into reports and design outcomes. Notable contributions include the Active Travel to School Connecting with Country Framework for Transport for NSW and the Climate Change Risk and Opportunities Assessment for DCCEEW (Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water), which will embed First Nations perspectives on climate change into federal environmental policy over the next decade.

Her communications experience spans architecture, heritage, and the arts. She has secured over twenty tenders for major civic, cultural, and institutional projects, as well as several rounds of documentary funding through Screen Australia.

Elle was also a legal research assistant to a criminal barrister and held a managerial position at the Department of Communities and Justice. It was in this legal setting that she developed her penchant for the analytical process of piecing a story together and the art of the deep dive.
